Applications Development & Support Manager

  • Graduate of IT course, MBA is an advantage
  • At least 8 years of experience in IT support, development, and project management capacity
  • At least 5 years of management/ leadership experience in a software development organization required
  • Background in IT port/logistic systems is an advantage
  • Project Management Certification is an advantage
  • With strong understanding of the software development cycle
  • Strong leadership, project management skills, time management & problem – solving skills
  • With good interpersonal relation skills to maintain a large network of IT vendors and other stakeholders.
  • With above average analytical skills to translate business requirements to IT Solutions.
  • Familiar with programming languages including .Net, database and operating systems experience with MS SQL, Oracle and preferably Intersystem Cache
  • Excellent customer relation skills and able to communicate technical information to technical personnel and non-technical users
  • Excellent communication skills
