This division provides production technical assistance and extension services in the different municipalities. It also provides consultation, and production technical services like vitamins and minerals supplementation, artificial insemination (AI), castration, livestock deworming, pregnancy diagnostic (PD) and other support services to sustain and improve livestock production and management of the Sorsogon farmers.

The Office of the Provincial Agriculturist-Fisheries Division aims to achieve optimum sustainable development and productivity of the fishery industry of the Province of Sorsogon. It provides technical assistance and facilitates implementation of the fisheries program and projects for Socio-Economic Fisheries and Fisheries Resource Development.

The program aims to provide environment friendly and structurally strong shelter units which can withstand 180 to 220 kph wind velocity, earthquakes up to intensity 4 of the Richter scale, and other similar natural hazards in relocation sites provided by the national or local government units. The shelter use locally available materials to revitalize local economy. The rehabilitation and mitigating strategy use work teams composed of the beneficiaries themselves to provide labor for the construction of their houses.

Specifically, the program aims to help but deserving students pursue their education by providing income or augmenting their income by encouraging their employment during summer or Christmas vacation.

Working poor, vulnerable and marginalized workers such as: Self-employed with insufficient income: Marginalized and landless farmers, marginalized fisherfolks, Unpaid family workers; women and youth; Low/minimum wage earners and seasonaal workers. Workers displaced or to be displaced as a result of natural disaster or closure of establishment; retrennchment; termination, persons with disability (PWDs); Senior Citizens, Indigenous people; Parents/Guardian of Child Laborers, Rebel Returnees, Victims of Armed Conflicts.
